Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order by following the return process below:

Please note that we cannot take back earrings for hygienic reasons.

The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in which it was delivered. Worn or used items will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. The purchased item you wish to return must be received by us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund for the item (excluding shipping charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 days.
You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the exchanged product to arrive.
If you are shipping an item for more than CHF 50, you should consider using a tracking service for shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.
